How Quoflow protects your email, plans and pricing, and who processes them.

Your quote requests, plans and pricing are commercially sensitive. Here’s how Quoflow looks after them.

Read-only by default

Quoflow never sends, deletes or orders anything on its own, and never marks emails as read. A person signs off every price.

How data is protected

Mailbox and system credentials are sealed with AES-256 encryption.
Every workspace is kept strictly separate from every other.
Data in transit uses TLS, with HTTPS everywhere.
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, and sessions use secure, same-site cookies.

How AI is used

Quoflow uses a business AI service to help read emails and plans, under terms that do not allow it to use your data to train its models.

Your data is never sold. Quoflow does not use one customer’s data to improve another customer’s results.

Who processes your data

Quoflow relies on a small number of service providers for hosting, AI processing, email and billing. A current list is available to customers on request.
