Why we started

Every quote for internal doors starts the same way. Someone opens an email, downloads the plans, finds every door, works out its type and size, then prices it. It’s skilled work, but most of it is repetition, and it happens dozens of times a day while the inbox keeps filling.

We started Quoflow to do that first pass well, so estimators can spend their time on the parts that need their experience.

How we build

We build alongside the people who do the work. Quoflow is tested on real quote requests from real inboxes, not on tidy examples. When it isn’t sure, it says so, and a person always has the final say.

Where we’re going

Internal doors come first. The same problem exists across building products, wherever a supplier has to read plans to quote, and that’s where we’re heading next.
