Using Quoflow on your phone

Simplified Jobs and Inbox views for when you’re away from your desk.

Quoflow works on your phone. Open app.quoflow.co.nz in your phone’s web browser and sign in as usual.

What you’ll see

On a phone, Quoflow shows simplified views of:

• Jobs: see what’s come in, what’s ready to check and what’s been priced, and open a job to see its details.
• Inbox: see how new emails have been sorted into Jobs, Tenders, Orders and Other.

It’s a quick way to keep an eye on new requests from site, the yard or between meetings.

Reviewing doors and pricing

Checking doors against a full plan set is easier on a larger screen, where you can see the plan and the door list side by side. For reviewing, pricing and exporting quotes, we recommend a computer or tablet.

Tips

• Add Quoflow to your home screen from your browser’s share or menu options, so it opens like an app.
• Sign out on any shared phone when you’re finished.
