What Quoflow does

A short tour of how Quoflow turns quote requests into checked, priced quotes.

Quoflow is estimating software for building product suppliers, starting with internal-door suppliers and manufacturers. It takes the slow, repetitive part of quoting off your team’s plate, and leaves every decision about price with a person.

How a request becomes a quote

  1. It reads your sales inbox. Connect Microsoft 365 directly, or forward email from any other inbox to your workspace’s forwarding address. Quoflow sorts each email into Jobs, Tenders, Orders or Other, and ignores spam.
  2. It keeps jobs tidy. When several merchants send the same site, Quoflow merges them into one job. Replies are linked to the job they belong to.
  3. It reads the plans. Quoflow opens the attached floor plans, door schedules and joinery details and finds every door: hinged doors, cavity sliders, wardrobe sliders, hinged pairs and cupboard doors. Each one is pinned on the plan with its room and size.
  4. Your estimator checks it. Someone on your team reviews every door, corrects anything that needs it, and marks the job as reviewed.
  5. It prices the job. Each door is matched to your own products and the customer’s pricing, with jambs, hardware and allowances.
  6. You send the quote. Export it as a PDF, Excel or CSV file and send it the way you always have.

What Quoflow won’t do

Quoflow is read-only by default. It never sends, deletes or orders anything on its own, and it never marks your emails as read. Nothing is priced until a person has reviewed the doors, and a person signs off every price.

Very large jobs, such as multi-unit developments, are flagged so your team can quote them by hand.
