How it works

Five steps.
Most of them automatic.

Here’s what happens between a quote request landing in your inbox and a priced quote leaving it.

  1. A request arrives.

A builder or merchant emails plans to your sales inbox, a quote portal sends a request, or someone forwards one. Quoflow reads it, with the whole thread and every attachment, and creates a job. If it’s a revision or a reply, it joins the job it belongs to.

  2. The plans are read.

Quoflow reads the floor plans, door schedules and joinery details together and finds every door: its room, type and size, pinned where it is on the plan. Anything unusual is flagged rather than guessed.

  3. Your estimator checks it.

Someone on your team runs down the list, fixes anything that needs it and marks the job as reviewed. Nothing goes further until they do.

  4. It’s priced your way.

Each door is matched to your products and the customer’s pricing, with jambs, hardware and allowances included the way your team does them.

  5. You send it.

Export the quote as a PDF, Excel or CSV, or take it into the system you already quote from. You decide what goes to the customer, and when.

Questions, answered.

Does Quoflow send anything to my customers?
No. Quoflow prepares quotes. Your team checks them and sends them, from your own email or system.
Will it change anything in our mailbox?
No. The Microsoft 365 connection is read-only by default. Quoflow never marks emails as read, moves, deletes or replies to anything. If you’d like it to file emails into folders, your Microsoft admin can approve that separately.
We don’t use Outlook. Can we still use it?
Yes. Every workspace has its own forwarding address. Forward from Gmail, Google Workspace or any other inbox, all at once or one email at a time.
What if it misses a door?
That’s what the review step is for. Your estimator can add, remove or change any door before the job is priced.
What kinds of jobs does it handle?
Residential plan sets, from floor plans to door schedules and joinery details. Very large jobs, like multi-unit developments, are flagged so your team can quote them by hand.
How long does it take to get started?
Most of setup is connecting your inbox and bringing in your price list. We do it with you, on your own recent jobs, so you can see the results before you rely on them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of your team and how many jobs you quote. Book a walkthrough and we’ll give you a clear price for your business.
