API keys and webhooks

Connect your own systems to Quoflow with API keys and webhooks.

The Quoflow API lets your own systems create jobs, read doors and fetch finished quotes. Webhooks tell your systems when something happens, such as a job being reviewed.

API keys

  • Admins create keys in Settings → API keys.
  • A key is shown once, when it’s created. Copy it somewhere safe straight away.
  • Keys are either read-only, or read and write. Choose read-only unless the system needs to create jobs or update your price list.
  • Revoke a key at any time. Anything using it stops working immediately.
Treat keys like passwords
Never put a key in an email, a shared document or code that others can see. If a key may have been exposed, revoke it and create a new one.

Webhooks

In Settings → Webhooks, add an HTTPS address and choose which events to send: a job created, a job ready to check, a job reviewed, or a quote ready. Each webhook is signed so your system can check it came from Quoflow.
