The Jobs list

What each tab means, what the labels on a job tell you, and how Quoflow remembers where you were.

Every quote request, tender and order that reaches the sales inbox becomes a job. The Jobs list is your to-do list.

Tabs

  • Ready to check: the plans have been read and the doors are waiting for a person to check them. Start here.
  • Needs attention: something stopped the job, for example no plans were attached, the plans are behind a link or portal, or the job is unusually large. Open the job to see what it needs.
  • Reading: plans are being read now. Large commercial sets can take a few minutes.
  • Reviewed and priced: jobs your team has finished.
  • Tenders: tender invitations, kept separate so they don’t crowd out day-to-day quotes.

Tab names may differ slightly in your workspace, but the order is always the same: things to do first, finished work last.

What’s on each job

  • The title is usually the site address or project name.
  • The customer is the merchant or builder who sent it.
  • The door count is how many doors were found. A job with zero doors usually has no plans yet.
  • A Last opened label marks the job you most recently opened, so you can pick up where you left off.

Quoflow remembers where you were

When you open a job and come back, the list returns to the same tab and the same scroll position. You don’t need to search for your place again.

Duplicates and replies

When several merchants send the same site, Quoflow joins them into one job, and replies are added to the job they belong to. If two jobs look like the same site, or one job looks like two different sites, tell us. See Duplicate requests and replies.
