Pricing a job

See every door’s product and price beside the plan, change products, and save the estimate.

Pricing happens in the plan review, so you can check each price against the plan as you go.

Opening Prices

  1. In the review, press Price it. The door list on the right switches to Prices: every door with its product and price.
  2. Doors with no size on the plans are priced at the assumed standard size, so they match a product straight away. Check these sizes if the job is unusual.
  3. Confirm the customer account at the top. Quoflow suggests one from the sender; change it if the job should be priced for someone else.

Checking and changing prices

  • Click a door in Prices to see it on the plan, or click a pin on the plan to jump to its price.
  • Change product searches your catalogue by code or name. Quoflow remembers your choice and uses it for similar doors next time.
  • Edit door takes you back to the door to fix its size or type. Prices update when you return.
  • Doors switches back to the door list. Prices are kept, so switching is instant.
  • Usual extras for the customer (magnets, add-ons) are listed at the bottom.

Saving

The total stays at the bottom. Press Mark as reviewed and save price when you’re happy. Then use View full estimate to open it on the job page, export it, and send it the way you normally would.

Prices are never invented
If a door has no matching product or price, Quoflow leaves it unpriced and flags it, rather than guessing. Use Change product to pick one.
