Exporting quotes
Export a priced job as a PDF, Excel or CSV file.
Once a job has been reviewed and priced, you can export the quote and send it the way you always have. Quoflow never sends quotes on its own.
Exporting
- Open a priced job.
- Choose Export.
- Pick a format: PDF, Excel (.xlsx) or CSV.
Which format to use
| Format | Best for |

| Sending to the customer. Uses your logo and quote terms. | |
| Excel (.xlsx) | Adjusting lines or adding notes before sending, or keeping your own records. |
| CSV | Importing into another system, such as your accounts or ordering software. |
Each export lists quantities, codes, descriptions, unit prices and line totals, with the subtotal, GST at 15% and the total in NZ$.
Logo and terms
PDF quotes use the workspace logo and quote terms set in Settings → Quotes. An admin can update them at any time; the change applies to the next PDF you export.
Exporting automatically
If you’d like quotes to flow into another system without exporting by hand, the Quoflow API can fetch a finished quote as JSON, CSV or PDF.
