Importing your price list
Import products and prices from a CSV or Excel file, and update them later.
Quoflow prices jobs from your own products. If you don’t connect a business system, import your price list from a spreadsheet. Go to Settings → Price list → Import and choose a CSV or Excel (.xlsx) file.
Columns
| Column | Required | Notes |
|---|---|---|
code | Yes | Your product code. Must be unique. |
description | Yes | The description that appears on quotes. |
type | No | One of hinged, cavity_slider, robe_slider, hinged_pair, cupboard, hardware, jamb, other. |
width_mm | No | Width in millimetres. |
height_mm | No | Height in millimetres. |
unit_price | Yes | NZ$, excluding GST. |
unit | No | each, set, pair or m. Defaults to each. |
Filling in type, width_mm and height_mm helps Quoflow match doors on the plan to the right product.
Preview before saving
After you choose a file, Quoflow shows a preview of new, changed and skipped rows. Skipped rows show the reason, such as a missing code or price. Nothing is saved until you confirm.
Re-importing
To update prices, import a new file. Rows with a matching code are updated, and new codes are added. Products that aren’t in the file are left alone, unless you tick “Remove products not in this file”.
Customer-specific rates go in a separate file. See Customer pricing.
