Let Quoflow read your products, customers and pricing from your ERP.

If your business runs on a supported ERP, Quoflow can read your products, customers and pricing from it directly. You don’t need to import a price list, and prices stay in step with the system you already maintain.

What Quoflow reads

  • Products: codes, descriptions and standard prices.
  • Customers: so jobs can be matched to the right account.
  • Pricing: customer-specific prices and discounts.

Read-only

The connection is read-only. Quoflow never creates, changes or deletes anything in your ERP, and never places orders. Your ERP credentials are sealed with AES-256 encryption and kept separate from every other workspace.

Setting it up

An admin connects your ERP from Settings. You’ll need its connection details; whoever looks after your ERP can provide them. If you’d like a hand, email us and we’ll set it up with you.

A business system and a price list together

Most teams use one or the other. If you connect your ERP, it becomes the source of your products and pricing. Keep your products up to date there, and Quoflow will use the latest figures when it prices a job.

Disconnecting
An admin can disconnect your ERP at any time. Jobs that have already been priced keep their prices.
