Accessibility
Our aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA, what we have done, known limitations and how to give feedback.
We want everyone to be able to use the Quoflow website, including people who use assistive technology.
Our aim
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA for this website.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML, with one main heading per page and a logical heading order.
- Full keyboard navigation, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Support for reduced motion: if your device asks for less motion, animations become still images.
- Text and background colours chosen for sufficient contrast.
- Text that can be resized without loss of content or function.
- Alternative text for meaningful images, with decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
- Layouts that adapt to phones and tablets.
- Tables with proper column headers and descriptive link text.
Known limitations
- The animated product illustrations on the website are decorative. What they show is described in the text around them.
- The Quoflow app itself is being reviewed against WCAG 2.2. Some parts, such as marking doors on plans, may be harder to use with assistive technology. Contact us and we will help.
Feedback
If you find something hard to use, or need information in another format, email us. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We will reply within 5 working days.
