A job is stuck or still reading
What to do when a job has been reading for a long time, shows an error, or has no doors.
Still reading after ten minutes
Most residential plans are read in a minute or two, and large commercial sets in under ten. Reading carries on even if you close the page. If a job is still reading after ten minutes, refresh the page. If it hasn’t moved after that, let us know the job.
Zero doors
- Check the job has plans. A request without plans shows a quick quote or a get the plans step instead.
- Check the attachment is a floor plan, not a specification, engineering set or form.
- If the plans are right and there are still no doors, tell us the job.
An error screen
If you see an error screen, refresh the page. Errors are reported to us automatically, but it still helps if you tell us the job and what you were doing.
