Quick quotes for small requests

Requests without plans, like a photo of a door or a few sizes in an email, get a ready-to-send reply.

Not every request comes with plans. For small requests, such as “two 810 hollow-core doors” or a photo of a fire door with its measurements, Quoflow prepares a quick quote instead of a full plan review.

How it works

  1. Open the job. Quoflow reads the email and any photos and works out the doors, sizes and quantities asked for.
  2. It picks the closest matching products and prices them for that customer.
  3. It drafts a reply. Use Open in Outlook to open the draft in your own email, check it, edit anything you like, and send it yourself.
You always send it
Quoflow never sends a quote on its own. The draft opens in your email so you can check every line before it goes.

When the customer isn’t set up yet

If the sender isn’t a customer in your business system, Quoflow asks you which account to use. You can also choose to price at standard rates, and make that your default for future requests from unknown senders.

When plans are needed

If the request is too big to quote without plans, the job shows Next step: get the plans, with a ready-made email asking the customer for them.

When it’s an order

If the email accepts an earlier quote or places an order, the job shows Next step: process the order, with the option they chose and a link to open the original email.
